HOW TO USE THE PHONETREE:

The first thing you might want to do on the PhoneTree would be to search by your last name. After selecting your name from the search, you will find your campus information and links to click on.

Edit Contact Information | View General Contact List | View Detailed Contact List

Each of these links is secured and will require you to login.

The 1st link “Edit Contact Information”, allows you to adjust the information provided to your contact person. This information is used only by caller (the name “above” yours in the PhoneTree) to contact you, away from the office, about an emergency situation.

Please review your individual contact information and update as needed. If you are not listed or there are other issues or concerns with your listing, please contact Kevin Maroney.

The 2nd and 3rd links “View General & Detailed Contact List” is available, with information, “ONLY” if there are names in the area below your own entry on the PhoneTree. The “Contact List” contains the information that the callee provides in the “Edit Contact Information” area. If you see names in the area just below your own name, please print/generate a hard copy of your “Contact List” and keep copies at your home and office. All are requested to keep the private call information confidential and use only in case of an emergency. (I.E., you have been called and asked to contact callees on your call list).

Thank you and let’s hope we don’t need to use this list.
